1. Returns

We accept returns on most products within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at bloomboutique.coorg@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Products marked as "Final Sale."

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at bloomboutique.coorg@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge, depending on your preference.

6. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

7. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged. If your return qualifies for a free return, we will provide a return shipping label.
